Sleep Bot Tracker Log also has lots of little options that make using it really easy - it can display a message when you wake up or go to sleep, remind you to punch in and out, and even silence your phone, turn off Wi-Fi, or put the device in airplane mode, so you’re not disturbed by unwelcome calls and notifications when you’re trying to rest.
Sleep Bot Tracker Log also provides you with a variety of sleep tips, guides and articles. The Sleep Bot Tracker Log home screen immediately displays how much you have slept that day, and what degree of sleep credit - or deficit - you are currently carrying. If you want to view your sleep log, hit Tracker, while the resources and settings can be found in the other tabs along the top of the screen.
